this doesnt have anything to do with O level results, btw.
its just that this morning.. when i was sitting in the canteen grinning with mel and shuting.. i really felt like i had it all..
every little thing i wanted actually.
hmmm decided otherwise in the afternoon... ah well. some things are just tough to hold on to.

oh the other thing is that Os went pretty well. so im happy about that. Praise the Lord!

im tired and stuffed :)
it's pretty late and i just got back from a night out with bert, bran, jung, lisa, pam and shu
we went to wesley for their youth service and it was, to put it simply, delightful :)
really enjoyed myself and had a great time praising Him!
yup made me think alot about all the sacrifices He has made for us and how unworthy we are, yet how He's been so gracious and merciful still
i mean.. to die for a population that hated you and despised you and persecuted you and didnt appreciate your worth at the same time... to humble yourself to a sinner's death when you're really a king. to love people who hate you and to love them unconditionally... that's really a challenge and He did it all! that's His amazing love for you :)
hmm cant explain it all.. go read Phillipians 2:5-11.. it says it alot better than i do!

made a new friend tonight... his name is jonathan jung (is that right?) and he lives so close to me.. watch out jung! im going to be spying on you! anyway he's hoping to come to RJ so that'd be extra cool. unfortunately jung wasnt much of a talker when we first left wesley... but after numerous "talk, jung!"s and much prodding... he finally began to open up. ahahah yay

yup about my attachment. it was pretty cool and i made a few friends... got to see what research work is really like! not really my cup of tea i think.. a bit too dull. i told the girls in my group (these sec 4 girls) that if i ever became a scientist and had my own lab, i would bring like amps and blast funky music! hahaha they just stared at me.
ah well. they had nice microscopes.

results coming back on monday! a bit freaked out... but i seriously dont really know what to expect. hmmm just praying that i'll be able to accept whatever results come my way and understand that there's a purpose behind all that happens.

im actually feeling perky now :)
i think its all the coke ive been drinking.
hahaha i was like dancing around my room and practising jumps for jazz
argghh still cant do the stupid spiral thing properly.
i suppose if i twist my body more and look like im doing the thing effortlessly, ppl wont notice that my legs arent as high as they should be. haha that's cheating in dance for you

anywayy i have a mountain of homework to do!
i shall go back to school tmr to collect my work and to try to help peng with chem. maybe ill sit in school and try to get rid of some of my work.

yup IMCB was interesting today. we played with live chick embryos. quite sad actually cuz we had to crush them and kill them and they're so tiny! but you can see the heart beating and you can see the brain and limbs and eye.
oh well.. in the name of research
mine was dead anyway so i guess i was less emotionally attached.
yup and my group kept getting unfertilized eggs which was really annoying so we had to crack like 4 before we finally got a good one.
tmr we'll be analyzing all the stem cells that we've cultured so far. let's see how cool the results are tmr

yup attachment ended early (yay!) so i cabbed home for a while then cabbed down to orchard for a while to look for stuff.. i dont think ppl realy want to know what i was looking for so i wont elaborate. yup i just realised that new seasons stock has come into alot of the shops... which means...... SHOPPING! ok must make a date with bala shu and lis then we can go crazy together.
i think i wanna get new birks and a bag and possibly jeans :)
yea so after orchard i took an MRT down to bishan (MRT lehh peng) and then went to school. yup tried on costumes for syf for a while (quite nice but the top is so short eek) and watched the latin ppl shake their booties... haha then showed xin qin that i learnt how to do a backward roll overnight (matt will be so proud of me) and finally decided to go home.

my parents were hosting a dinner tonight so i helped to serve and stuff..smiled alot and poured alot of wine. haha quite fun i guess.. did a bit of cooking too :)

yup anyway here i am.. happy and high on caffeine.

oh yea you know my nick on msn was "i love loving you" and as soon as i came online like 4 ppl msged me to ask me who i love. HHAHAHAHAHA how hilarious. i love GOd! hopefully that's a good enough answer for everyone who asked.

hmm i love JAWZ ON too! zheng han is incredibly sweet ;) he said that JAWZ O misses me. awwwww im damn touched la. hahah i hope we never have to split.

i found that i have 3 cracked toenails. eeek. sounds pretty gross eeh and they all broke like at the top so they're really really painful

anyway i learn that the trick to not feeling tired is to pretend that you're not!
so now, at 12.03 after alot of dancing, i'm perky!

ok not really working.
syf today was alright. we got our props so thats cool and i dont think the costume is too disgusting. haha boys joined us for syf today! not bad they dance pretty nicely :) mattie is the best i think (go mattie!), thought i may be a little (just a little ;) ) biased. this other tall (i mean, taller) guy is pretty good too.
yup and they look so cute dancing! im like walking towards matthew for the first part of the dance so i get to scrutinise his arm-lifting, pole touching. heh pretty fun

anyway after dance i dragged my worn out self to j8 where i took a BUS home. i hope you're reading this, yi peng (i am capable of taking a bus without you dragging me onto one ok!). it was quite alright la.not that long a ride. yup met bud on the way to j8 and he gave me this look of utter disbelief when i told him i was actually taking a bus, not a cab. score!

im feeling cheery today! who says everyone's depressed, phil.. i'm not! at least not today :)
i think i know why i was feeling depressed last week but that's gone now.
yup just ate dinner and now im sitting at the dinner table with my laptop and chillin'. feeling so comfy in this big black TTP tee. hahah its the one ian won for me at TTP by doing star jumps. it was hilarious watching him. but THANKS ian :) i appreciate it.

today was a good day.
i got a nice surprise at the end of the day in school and jazz was pretty slack! oh we learnt this new combination today which is the spiral jump that i cant jump high enough for anddd some rolling andd turns! oh yea turns. aiie i must complain about my turns. i can piroutte like 10 times (singular of course, not continous) and then i get dizzy and cant spin anymore :( im thinking of going for spin class to get those turns moving. yea the best part is we're supposed to be doing doubles for all the turns and i can only do 1.5... very irritating i shall work on them.

oh yea and i managed to cheer donna up today! (i think)
treated her to cab rides to j8 and back and waited with her to do her singpass thing. yup then i bought her a chocolate waffle to make her feel better cuz she was a bit blue :) hope you're doing ok donna. i doubt you'll be reading this but call me if you need anything kae!

just finished dinner!
i got home at like 8 pm dripping and disgusting after jazz.
the dance is looking quite nice :) i like the choreo and all it's like jazz funk ish so its pretty cool! i've never done anything like this before so that makes it all the more fun

a bit worried now cuz ill be missing school from weds to friday and thus ill be missing syf prac on weds. i really really hope that lao shi wont be too angry and like kick me out or soemthing! is work attachment a valid excuse? should be right. hmmm yup anyway pray that she'll be in a good mood, especially since she will definitely notice that im gone. arghhhh
anywayy im pretty tired now BUT
i still have to go for ballet. bleah im going to drop dead by the end of today or something!

HELLO!
today's been a pretty good day so far
and i have made a very important decision
im quiting french!
yup ive had enough of the late night lessons and the essays (even though i do like summaries) and the cheemalogy.
actually i like french lessons but i dont want to do the assesment and theres also a controle coming up on the 28th that i have no intention of sitting for.
yup and im starting to dread going for french which isnt a good thing.
also
an A/O cert is pretty useless and my mum thinks im way too busy for my own good

hahaha yupp worship went pretty alright today and i wore jeans for the 1st time in a long time. :) felt pretty good actually. hahah bala loves my belt thing that no one else has.

just got home from jon's birthday dinner

we ate at marmalade (haha) and i think i stuffed myself too much. im going to explode one of these days

very tired now. just got back from dinner at coronation plaza. waiting at home for cell group to start.... quite sleepy and i smell like fried chicken (ewww) it's making me a bit nauseous but nevermind. i persist.
today was bittersweet.
sweet because it's friday.
bitter for other undisclosed reasons

we waited forever for the bus and it took ages to get to dinner destination thanks to the lovely rain.. beefbowl place was closed la! so we ended up eating fried chicken. i;ve never been that fond of oil and fried stuff.
oh well. there's SRP aptitude test tmr. im still deciding whether to go or not. i havent done any reading at all. this totally sucks but i kinda want to get in, though it's superly impossible.

serendipitious. surreal

hello y'all!
im soooo tired. felt really really 1. bored and 2. worn out today! everything started during bio lecture where i was really quite bored with the whole light microscope vs TEM thing and so i slept for a while and msged ppl for a while. physics was a bit better since i decided to try being enthusiastic and all... yea but i suddenly felt really drained when school ended. like just sitting in the canteen stoning was so tiring and i felt kinda breathless and energy-less. i still went for dance though, and i was really quite dead by then. luckily we were only doing the intro so that was alot of walking and stuff. really slack prac today! hahah sam walker and i actually slept on the floor for like 10 mins or something. (the hall floor is disgusting). yup then shu and i went for our girls dinner at yoshi which was yummy and happy :)

ken came today! yayy ken! haha i talked to him for a while then him, steve, shu and i went to gai-gai for a while :) really great to see ken again (even though i last saw him on sunday).

hmmm was talking to christine who said that dance gets really slack after dance night which is in the beginning of may. ahh i shall do a bit of publicity now. COME FOR DANCE NIGHT!!!!!
hahah yea everyone must come kae. hopefully we'll get to use UCC and not have the performance in school!
yea anyway as i was sayingg.. dance apparently gets very slack so im thinking of joining some hip hop classes after dance night. ive never done hip hop class seriously before so that would be really cool. also thinking of taking up ballroom cuz its so so so hot! ehh you guys should come with me you know. we can all do dance classes together - pirate bonding!

painful feet

just got back from school. we had hip hop today! very fun.. me and sarah and alicia are just crazy and silly! hahah we were like clowning around and having fun :D yea and i became this sweaty red thing after like an hour! i suck man! i sweat so easily it gets quite gross. eeek. yupp there wasnt jazz so i finally got back at 5.30... my feet reaaaaaly hurt though! im definitnely skipping ballet tonight :) anyway we're going out to eat jap food so i dont wanna miss out.
urgh results coming back next week! i have an attachment from weds to friday so i get to skip school, but i dunno if they'll let me go back to take my reseults on friday. really hope i get to stay in this class and in RJ! im having a wonderful time here and i lovee my class peeps (you guys rock.. even though you tried to corner me with your stupid cameras again today)

today went alrightish.
no, i dont have a valentine (sadly) but it was alright nonetheless
had a day of boring slackish lectures and chem prac that was horrible. my accuracy is terrible mann.. aiyo must go practise more or seomthing
hmm anyway ythen i tried to mug in the canteen with leo zheng han and donna but to no avail. just couldnt concentrate on physics! heheh
alvin and weilun both got new phones (terribly unfair) and alvin was trying so hard to take shots of all of us. it was really bad. he was like just sitting there and snapping away!
yea so i was hiding from the camera and stuff... then the rest of them took out their phones and cornered me! damn unfair laa!! 4 big guys bullying a small little girl like me. tsk tsk tsk you guys should be ashamed of yourselves! see la.. this is what happens when JAWZ ON is without the O. orly is definitely the stabilizing force in our little group.
hmm si ming amuses me! he's so cute ok.. and he looks absolutely petrified everytime i bounce in front of him with a cheery "HIII SIMING!" and big natalie grin. it's really quite fun. i shall get orly to try it one day :)
ah well.. everything went more or less ok and i was pretty cheeryy jusqu'a je l'ai pense et jusqu'a je l'ai vu. yea everything kinda changed after that. i think alot of ppl cry inside around this time of year.. anyway there i was, mon coeur pleurait, mais tu ne savais jamais. yea i felt quite lousy after that... oh and i went to the dentist who kindly informed me that i couldnt tak eoff my braces yet :( 6 more weeks she said. 6 painful metallic weeks. tant pis!
i think today was generally bad for me.

sunday morning

good morning, morning :)
superly tired, yet superly refreshed today! sounds a bit weird, but it's strangely true.
heh anywayyy had youth mountain last night... there were like so few ppl la! aiyo i think we have to emphasize that youth mountain IS a cell... ill have to talk to pei pei about that. yup hungry me then rushed off to jon's place after having to debrief twice at youth mt with worship and doulos (thanks lisa babe for waiting for me), to find that there was no real food at jon's place! (quiche and kahlua w ice cream do not constitute real food, jon) so lis and i kinda left to go to adam road hawker centre to eat.
yea and my toe started bleeding at the hawker centre (i shall spare you the gruesome details) and this nice nice lady offered me a plaster :D seeeee singaporeans arent the cold, selfish, hardhearted, inconsiderate, unfeeling zombies we normally believe them to be :) happy about that, but not so happy that i bled into my birks.... arghhhhh now i have a red patch on my birk la. eeek. at least that gives me excuse to buy a new pair! (yea i know, evil right). oh yea and when i told brandon that i bled into my shoe he said "wah you get period on your feet ah?" (like what ???#$%&^@*?) ah whatever

v day tmr. im deciding whether i should skip french and go see evan off. decisions decisions. im also deciding whether i should skip ballet and go see anne off. i hate goodbyes.. and ill really really miss anne and evan when they leave. (anne rocks!)
goodness, it's so late. i have to run off to church for worship prac!

just got home from my shopping date with shu :)
managed to pick up lots of cool stuff... got a nice candy-striped top from mango, black yoga pants from nike for dance and a black tee from fcuk! very happy with my buys for today... hahah oh yea and i got like 50 bucks worth of chocolate! vouchers are miracles :)
still searching for a cute dress though and nice new dunks/birks.
hehe quite tired now.. think i might go get me a nap... hopefully i'll be able to see lisa tonight or something. movie, lis?

everyone just left my place.. steph michelle mark were here playing mahjong and watching tv with me.. i think i really dont spend enough time with them - we really have to catch up soon, steph!
and the weirdest thing happened.. michelle kind of sprained her toe while running up the stairs. it was a really interesting combination of events actually :)
im incredibly tired.. doing more pirating! i think i shall have to sleep soon.
oh yea phil introduced me to online minesweeper today! hahahah im such a loser i just discovered it at 3 pm this afternoon or something. ANYWAY. despite being a newbie and all.. i succeeded at beating pirate phil! wheeee. hahaha talk about cheap thrill :p heh the rest of today consisted of a scary time at uncle CK's place and lots of tv. very lazy day actually.. i really feel like going shopping!
just crapping now - im really really really tired! hopefully tmr will be a bit more entertaining. are we doing tapas tree tmr, shu?
